Bonjour,

I cannot believe it is already April! Here are a few updates on what we have been doing in our classroom . 

In Language, we have been working on Thesis writing, as well as some What in the World articles. We have finished our Poetry Unit, and the students did some INCREDIBLE work! Please ask to see their Poetry tests as well as their Free Verse poetry and Dance assignment. 

In Math, we have finished Integers (Number Sense and Numeration), and now we are working on Probability. Looking forward to an exciting unit!

In French, students have been reinforcing their Oral communication through daily conversation in the classroom. Students have signed up to prepare open-ended questions that require students to really dig deep and explain their thinking.

In History, students are working on summarizing and comparing past and present communities. 

Students, please make sure you visit prodigy as the activities on there now are Probability related. 

Grade 8 GRAD TRIP!!!! - Stay tuned for our trip, that will be taking place at the end of June. It will be affordable and a great time. More information to follow,
